Sometimes the act of organizing your day can give you a feeling of power. This is one of the best tricks/tips I have learned. Often your day and week are dictated by appointments and symptoms. When you can claim some of your day/week back through planning, you feel so much better and more in control of your own life. Try using the resources below:
